10.2 pounds...

BTW: As of yesterday, I've lost 10.2 pounds over the last six weeks. WHOHOOOO.

Now, if I really applied myself a little harder, I could probably double that in the next six weeks. So far, the only thing I've done is cut down portion sizes and eat more fruits and veggies.

Must get to using my mini-stepper 15 minutes at a time.
